You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
2.2 Goods and services purchased from this website are intended for your use only and you warrant that any goods purchased by you are not for resale and that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the services.

2.4 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

If your order has not been accepted you will be notified of this in writing together with the reasons.
3.1 All prices listed on the website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future. Prices are exclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges which will be added to your order.

5.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Deliveries are made in accordance with our Delivery, Cancellation and Returns Policy which is displayed on our website.
5.2 Where delivery is outside the UK, you may be liable to pay additional tax or duty once the goods reach your country. This may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
5.3 Please note that goods may be subject to inspection by your local customs office where delivery is outside the UK.

6.1 Where we have requested information from you to provide goods or services, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information.

7. Cancellation and Returns
7.1 Save as agreed by the Seller in writing and in its own absolute discretion no Goods shall be accepted for return.
7.2 You must notify us immediately in writing if you wish to cancel your order. The time limit for notification of cancellation is 5 days following receipt of your order for the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order once we receive notice of cancellation as the goods may already have been despatched. In these cases, you will need to return the goods in accordance with our Delivery, Cancellation and Returns Policy.
7.3 Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel your order and have authorised the cancelation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 30 days. All cancelled goods must be returned to us immediately unused with original undamaged packaging.
7.4 You are entitled to return goods ordered from us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Please refer to our procedure for returns displayed on our website. You will be entitled to a refund of the original cost of the goods provided the goods are not damaged, have not been used and are in the original undamaged packaging.
7.5 In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000, if you notify us that you wish to return goods within 7 days of receipt we will refund the original cost of the goods along with the standard delivery charge.
7.6 The cost of returning the goods to us must be paid by you unless we agree that the goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt by you. All refunds or re-credits will be undertaken within 30 days of notification of cancellation or return.
7.7 Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns on personalised/made to order or perishable goods.
7.8 A full statement of your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations may be obtained in the UK from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership in, and all rights created in relation to the contents of this website vest in us absolutely unless otherwise indicated. 12.3 Payment must be made at the time of ordering the goods or services from us. Failure to pay on time will result in either the cancellation of your order or a late payment charge which shall be calculated as interest on the amount due at a rate of 4% over our bank’s lending rate. Interest will be charged on a daily basis from the date of invoice to the date of actual receipt of payment in cleared funds.
12.5 If any term or condition of our agreement shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties hereby agree that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in force without such term or condition.
12.6 These Terms and Conditions and our agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.7 No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under the agreement shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.
